The following is provisional, but should correct barring any delays.
09:30-10:30 - Registration
10:30-13:00 - 1st Game
13:00-13:45 - Lunch
13:45-16:15 - 2nd Game
16:15-18:45 - 3rd Game
18:45-19:00 - Prize Giving
Rules
The tournament will use the McMahon pairing system and follow the AGA rules. For even games, the komi will be set to 7.5 points. For handicap games (if required), it will be at McMahon difference -1 and the komi will be 0.5 points.
Prices
The following are approximate, and may be reduced closer to the event, depending on our decision with respect to the University's drinks provision.
- Standard - £6.50
- Concessions (student/unwaged) - £5.00
- Non-BGA members - £2.50 extra
- Late entry - £1.00 extra

For non-students please create an account here (which should just take a couple minutes) first before signing up. Please be aware that you'll need to pay an extra £20 or so for Associate Membership, so we advise that you don't sign up unless you want to show us your support.
Food
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided throuout the tournament. In addition there are a number of vending machines near tournament room.
If you want some hot food, there are numerous outlets on campus (all within 5 minutes' walk) including Costa Coffee, Xananas and the Dirty Duck pub (click here for a map). There are 2 other pubs close to campus: Varsity and the Phantom Coach, the former being only a 10 minute walk away.
